One fee, disclosed up front
The platform fee is set out in the split agreement for each placement, next to every participant's share, and accepted by all parties before any candidate is submitted. It is deducted from the placement fee at payout — it is never billed to you separately.
How the money moves
From the employer's payment to every recruiter's payout
Payments are received and disbursed through Recruiters.co, so every participant is paid from collected funds under the terms they signed.
- Step 1
The employer pays the placement fee
The employer is invoiced the gross placement fee agreed when the role was posted — nothing more, and only once a hire is confirmed.
- Step 2
Funds are collected
Nothing is distributed until the employer's payment is received, so no one pays a partner out of their own pocket.
- Step 3
The guarantee reserve is withheld
Where the job order sets a guarantee, the agreed reserve is held back until the guarantee period closes.
- Step 4
The platform fee is deducted
Recruiters.co's spread comes out of the placement fee at the rate in the signed split agreement. It is the only thing we charge.
- Step 5
The rest is split automatically
The remainder is paid to each participating recruiter at the percentages everyone signed.
