Subscription plans cover marketplace access, matching, and tooling. A separate placement transaction fee — a percentage of the gross placement fee, set by the signed split agreement for each deal — is deducted when a placement is paid out through Recruiters.co. Subscription charges and placement transaction fees always appear as separate line items and are never bundled into a single number.
