About Recruiters.co

Split-fee recruiting, built on structure instead of trust alone

Recruiters.co is a marketplace and set of financial rails for split-fee recruiting — connecting job-side recruiters, candidate-side recruiters, agencies, independents, and employers on terms that are explicit, signed, and enforced.

What we do

A structured layer for a relationship-driven industry

Split-fee recruiting has always depended on personal relationships and informal trust between recruiters who may have never worked together before. We build the layer that makes that collaboration safe to do with people outside your existing network — verified counterparties, consented candidates, signed split terms, and automated payouts.

What we believe

The principles behind how the network is built

Collaboration over gatekeeping

Split-fee recruiting only works when job-side and candidate-side recruiters can trust the terms. We build the infrastructure that makes that trust unnecessary to assume on faith.

Ownership is protected, not assumed

Candidate consent, ownership claims, and duplicate detection exist because disputes over who owns a candidate are the single biggest source of friction in split-fee work.

Money should move on its own

Invoicing, splits, guarantee reserves, and payouts run through a reconciled ledger, so a placement's outcome isn't gated on someone remembering to send a wire.

Terms before transactions

Every split agreement is versioned and signed before a candidate is submitted. Nothing about who gets paid what should be decided after the fact.

Where we're headed

Built for recruiters first

We're building Recruiters.co directly with the job-side recruiters, candidate-side recruiters, agencies, independents, and sourcers who use it — and with the employers who post roles to the network. If something about the platform doesn't reflect how split-fee recruiting actually works, we want to hear about it.
